The news is that the visits to the doctors went extremely well.
It appears that Daniel's hernia has not returned and that it was just swelling as a result of the operation. Everyone is very happy with his recovery.
Both Daniel and Emma have done some serious growing since their last paed visit - the smooth curve on their growth chart is now a cliff of gigantic proportions.
We got our second cot today from a couple that bought it for their grandchild's visit, and who are now emigrating to be with the grandchildren. It is virtually the same as our current cot. Added advantages are that it comes with a uniquely manufactured sprung mattress (as the child could not sleep without such luxury) and it has a drawer under the cot.
So now we are set for the next few months.
A nice feature of their development is that they are both beginning to do a lot of "baby talk " and we are getting lots of beautiful laughs. The human beings are beginning to emerge.

Well ,this news about Daniel is great & hopefully he has no further problems .
We are also soon to be owners of 2 cots(organised by Cheryl) so we will be ready when Feds invades Durban(hopefully)in Feb'07

So the light at the end of the tunnel is there, and brightening by the day! I am just so sad that I am not there to hear those chuckles and see the smiles, but it is only a flight away!
