They are always so good when we go out! Last night friends of ours Sharon and Tim, and their son Andrew (featured in a previous photo) suggested we join them for dinner at Spur. With three babies, the potential was there for a hectic night. Emma (who hates her car seat) fell asleep in it as soon as we got there, and woke up 3 hours later when we got home. Daniel sat quietly in his until it was time for his bottle, then played for the rest of the evening, and Andrew had a small bit of his bottle and also fell asleep! So we all got to have a super chat without too much hassle.
Steve and I are feeling pretty good at the moment, as although they went to bed quite late last night when we got home, they both woke at 4am. I fed them both, and within half an hour they were both asleep again and I was back in bed. Emma only woke again at 6am, so we are both feeling pretty rested today.
The photos I have included shows one of the four of us taken a week ago at Spur. I love Daniel's long eyelashes, so tried to take a pic to show them and Emma is dangling upside down on Steve's knees! If we lie her on our laps, she kicks and pushes against our tummies until she is hanging upside down over the edge. It is a sure fire way to cure Emma-niggles!
