We Are Still Around!

Hello there - we are still around.

With Fiona going back to work and all the other demands on us, the blog is more difficult to get to as we are just so busy and tired!

We did the professional photographer thing a few weekends ago - the shots are above.

The twins are doing well. On the 28th of March, Daniel weighed in at 7.7 kg (not a great increase since the 14th but totally on track for his age). Emma weighed in at 6.350 kg (which is also normal). So all is well. Daniel's length is now 67cm and Emma is 64.6 cm.

Daniel has been off colour recently and had an upset stomach for several days. Nothing too serious. He has now recovered and is full of beans and lots of laughter. Emma got the same bug about twp days ago, and is already well on the road to recovery. We thought the stomach problems were the first sign of teething but the nurse says they are not arriving yet.

They visited the paed for their six month check-up yesterday (their 6-month anniversary) and he was very happy with their development.

Both are getting used to eating a few spoonfuls of food between their normal meals. Fiona has cooked up lots of little meals (each an ice cube size) which are then dished out (unfrozen of course). So they are eating lots of fruit and vegetables - the cauliflower didn't go down too well - but that was to be expected.
