The good news is that Daniel is crawling about two metres at a time. He has the same exaggerated movement as Emma started out with - an arm held at ear height before it is put down. Very funny to watch but oh so rewarding at the same time.
He now has to master the act of putting his hand down on the floor instead of on an object which sometimes slips away, and causes him to end up lying on the floor.
Everyone is feeling a lot better today after a whole night of sleep. Daniel and Emma were in brilliant moods this evening.
These are the moments that make it all worthwhile.
