Tired

Daniel and Emma are making a habit of waking up around midnight. Daniel is usually screaming although he is fast asleep. To stop the screaming, we have to wake him up and the console him as he seems very disturbed. This all wakes up Emma who stands up in her cot wanting to play. The pattern after that is that they wake each other up as one falls asleep as the other starts playing. Grrrrr.

We are both exhausted as a result. Fiona came home early today absolutely exhausted and vomiting. She is now sound asleep in bed.

We are going to put up one of the camp cots that we bought for our farm stay last weekend in the spare guest bedroom so we can separate them (if necessary) to prevent them waking each other up, and thus keeping us unnecessarily awake.

Winter arrived back last night - it is quite cold again after some glorious spring days. Looking forward to proper spring!

Off to bed to catch some sleep.
