This is our special friend Virginia Louw who is looking after Emma so well in Neo-Natal. We love visiting her (almost) as much as Emma, as she is teaching us so much about parenting and caring for babies. With us being worried about Daniel not eating enough she also became worried, so checked his blood sugar and weight today, and both are fine. So after she fed Emma, she fed him for us and the little man shamed us but did himself proud, as he finished his bottle and the top up she gave him! Whew! At least he has now had one substantial meal today! Wish he would eat like that for us, but we will get it right one day! Virginia is the expert after all!
Emma is doing very well, and survived the night and day in a cooler incubator, so that is good news. Hopefully she will come out of it tomorrow, and that will be the big test! Steve also asked if we could have a photo of the two of them together as we don't really have one other than in their theatre scrubs! Emma is on the left and Daniel is on the right. Cutie Pies!

Ah man! every time I look at piccies of these two precious little ones I tear up. I am not sure if it is the preggie hormones getting all worked up or what - but they are just such miracles! What a great picture of them together!! I am so sad that circumstances have dictated that they have been separated since birth, and will be holding thumbs that you will all be reunited this weekend.
