We are having an impossible time with them at the moment - they are both very needy and are starting to assert themselves quite strongly, especially Daniel. He has a tantrum (kicking legs included) if we try and take something away from him, and also now when he is put to bed. They are refusing to sleep during the day for some reason, so are usually quite cranky when we get home. Emma is particularly unpleasant. It is interesting to note though that we suspect it might be a lack of interactive play during the day, as this evening Steve sat and played with her for a while, and she cheered up very quickly.

It is their friend Andrew's first birthday tomorrow, so we will help him celebrate on Saturday afternoon.

Daniel is very clearly saying Boo, Ba, Bey, Mama, Da but I am not sure if they are specifically aimed at anything, or just more understandable sounds. Emma also says Mamama, Dada and Ba.

Mouse isn't working, and I am losing patience with it, so will sign off for now!

Hi FEDS
The twins being assertive is probably linked to them becoming little children. You have said on a number of occassions that you feel Norouse may not be stimulating the twins enough but you two are very aware & capable parents so I personally feel that you will get Emma & Daniel through their difficult stages in their lives .
Gotta go---appointment with client in 15 minutes
