All I want is my two front teeth ...

Over the last few weeks Emma has been extremely insecure - demanding to be held and crying if we disappeared for a second. Quite testing but obviously a stage.

Well, Daniel has now caught her up, and has learnt exactly what to do from his sister. So our home has a bit of crying in it as each toddler manouvers to get our attention. Daniel's mouth seems to be hurting him too - maybe those elusive teeth are making an appearance.

Daniel is crawling under low furniture to retrieve things that he has rolled under the furniture. He loves rolling the various tins. Unfortunately, he is a little too big for these spaces and so he has a nice bruise on his head tonight. Part of the learning curve. A few days ago, he managed to fall on his cheek and so he looks like a boxer after a fight - bruises everywhere.

This morning Emma resumed her 05:30 starts - we have managed to get these to 06:15 in the last few weeks. And then Daniel refused to go to bed so he stayed up an extra hour - which was quite nice as he quietly played in lounge.
One forgets how competitive they both are - always watching each other and always moving to grab whatever the other has. As a result, we are thinking of seperating them for an hour a day and giving them individual attention. This may help some of the educational activities we need to do with them as currently these are usually spoilt, as soon as we start them, by someone grabbing away the teaching object, or someone trying to get the attention of the person working with the other twin.

Daniel started nodding his head today - nice to see with lots of laughs.

We are exhausted - good night!
