A Tough Week

The week has been another tough one - the twins are doing okay except for Daniel waking up approximately twice a night with an apparent nightmare - although it is quite cold at night too. To combat the cold, we have put a timer on the heater so it goes on for 60 minutes every second hour to keep the room warm. The heater has reduced his wake-ups to once a night which makes it a little easier.

We are both pretty "off" as we just can't get rid of these colds. Exhausting! Anyhow, the last two nights have been easier and so we are beginning to feel like humans again. The weekend can't come quick enough.

Tonight they were both in fine moods and were running around chasing each other and playing together. Quite nice as it leaves us a little free although one inevitably ends up on our laps for a quick cuddle after a fall.

Big news is that Fiona will be on Great Expectations on Monday morning at 11:30 on ETV. This time the programme is on cancer, and she has been asked to share her story. We're very proud of our TV star!

And congratulations to Caroline who found out today that she has landed a job with the catering company for the Sandton Convention Centre. Well done! Sounds like a company with potential for a career too.

Enjoy the weekend.
